FRONT PEDESTRIAN BRAKING
If the available system detects that a pedestrian is directly ahead and the driver has not already applied the brakes, the system can alert the driver and may even automatically apply the brakes to help the driver avoid or reduce the harm caused by the collision. Performance is limited at night.

When in Reverse, available Rear Cross Traffic Alert can provide visual and audible alerts to help the driver potentially avoid crashing into approaching detected left or right cross traffic.

The available Forward Collision Alert system can alert you to detected slowing vehicles in your path. It also warns you when following a detected vehicle much too closely.

If the available Forward Automatic Braking system detects that a front-end collision situation is imminent while following a detected vehicle, the system can automatically apply the brakes to help reduce the collision’s severity or even help potentially avoid the collision at very low speeds.
