Prevent

The best type of collision is the one that’s avoided entirely, which is why Chevrolet offers some of the most ingenious and proactive automotive safety technologies on the road today like the Stabilitrak® Electronic Stability Control System that’s standard on all Chevrolet vehicles and helps increase safety and driver confidence by automatically helping you control your vehicle in low-traction driving conditions.

Safety or driver assistance features are no substitute for the driver’s responsibility to operate the vehicle in a safe manner. The driver should remain attentive to traffic, surroundings and road conditions at all times. Visibility, weather and road conditions may affect feature performance. Read the vehicle Owner’s Manual for important feature limitations and information.

Side Blind Zone Alert*

This available feature uses short-range radar sensors to warn you when other vehicles are in your blind zone areas.

Lane Change Alert*

During a lane-change maneuver, this available advanced technology provides side mirror alerts to help you avoid a collision with a rapidly approaching vehicle.

Rear Park Assist

Using ultrasonic sensors, available Rear Park Assist senses stationary objects, warns you if an object is too close, and uses guiding lines on the rear vision camera screen to help when backing up.

Protect

While preventive safety technology can help you avoid a collision, Chevrolet also offers an array of protective safety features to help protect you and your passengers in the event of a crash. Strong vehicle structures help to absorb and dissipate crash impact energy and innovative air bag technologies add an extra degree of protection.
